Post: HR Manager (Full Time Job)
Location: IBC Office, Saida
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR policy development.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Lebanese labor law, and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Empathetic and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Languages& Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Post: Administrative Secretary (Full Time Job)
Location: IBC Office, Saida
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management or a related field (PREFERRED)
- High School or technical diploma with relevant experience (Minimum Requirement)
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Experience in handling office correspondence, scheduling and document filing.
- Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiar with office needs (printers, scanners, ..)
- Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Language & Communication:
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
