Post: HR Manager (Full Time Job)

Location: IBC Office, Saida

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR policy development.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, Lebanese labor law, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Empathetic and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Languages& Communication:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

Post: Administrative Secretary (Full Time Job)

Location: IBC Office, Saida

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management or a related field (PREFERRED)
  • High School or technical diploma with relevant experience (Minimum Requirement)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Experience in handling office correspondence, scheduling and document filing.
  • Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiar with office needs (printers, scanners, ..)
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Language & Communication:

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
